February is National Heart Health month and we want to ensure our community has access to the healthcare they need to stay in control of their cardiovascular health. In the US heart disease is the No. 1 cause of death, so let’s check in on your heart!
Through February 28 receive the following screening package for $60:
- Electrocardiogram (EKG) – A quick, non-invasive test that checks the electrical activity of your heart to identify any irregularities in your heart rhythm.
- Lipid blood panel (requires 8 hour fast) – A blood test that measures your cholesterol levels, which can be key indicators of heart disease risk.
- Diabetes A1C – This measures your average blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months, helping to assess your risk for diabetes, which can affect heart health.
All services are walk-in only, no appointment needed.
These screenings are offered Monday – Friday from 8AM – 5:30PM on a walk-in basis. No appointment or physician order is necessary. Insurance will not be billed for these discounted screenings.
