If you have any questions about your bill, contact Customer Service at 775.782.1625. The Customer Service/Billing office is located on the 3rd floor of the CVH at Ironwood building, 897 Ironwood Dr., in Minden. Enter the door facing Ironwood Dr. and take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor. There you can take care of all of your customer service needs in one place.

Hours are: Monday-Thursday 7:30am – 5pm
Friday 7:30am – 4pm
