Chances are we’re in-network with your insurance plan. Carson Valley Health accepts commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid plans. If you don’t see your insurance in the list below, contact your insurance carrier to verify we are in-network. We will work with you and bill your insurance, even if we are out-of-network.Â

Hometown Health: Certain Hometown Health HMO plans will go out of network with CVH primary care providers, effective 08/29/26.
After 08/29/26, impacted Hometown Health HMO members can continue to be seen by CVH primary care providers on a cash-pay basis. Specialty care is not impacted at this time and remains in-network for all Hometown Health members.  
If you have an Exchange plan and want to remain in-network with CVH, open enrollment is November 1-December 31. Plan changes become effective 01/01/2027.
Medicare Advantage
After 08/29/26, Senior Care Plus HMO members can continue to be seen by CVH primary care providers on a cash-pay basis. Specialty care is not impacted at this time and remains in-network for all Senior Care Plus members.
 To remain in-network with CVH, annual open enrollment is October 15-December 7. Plan changes become effective 01/01/2027.
