Youth ages 12-17 with general, mild to moderate mental health-related issues are invited to join a licensed clinician from Carson Valley Health for this group.
Topics may include depression, anxiety, grief/loss, stress, relationship issues, family issues, interpersonal effectiveness, boundaries, coping skills, and more.

This group meets every Thursday from 3:30PM-4:30PM at the CVH Behavioral Health Clinic located at 1107 U.S. Hwy 395 N, Gardnerville on the 2nd floor of the main hospital.

• Screening and registration for the group is required.
• Maximum of 8 patients per group.
• Insurance will be billed. Financial aid may be available for those who qualify.
