This weekly group, led by a licensed clinician from Carson Valley Health, will focus on support and skill building for adults to establish and maintain sobriety. Led by Kama Blasing, LMSW, CSW-I.

Topics may include substance abuse and recovery, co-occurring disorders, coping skills, safety, trauma, grounding, social support, compassion, honesty, creating meaning, setting boundaries, healthy relationships, and more.

• Screening and registration are required.
• Maximum of 10 patients per group.
• There is no cost for this group thanks to Douglas County’s One Nevada Funds.
