Coping With Change Support Group
Do you experience feelings of loss, grief, empty nest, retirement anxiety, changes in health, family, finances, etc.? You’re not alone.
The Carson Valley Health Vitality for Life program provides this support group as a free service to the residents of Carson Valley and surrounding communities.
Meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month. Drop ins welcome.
