Erin Dudley is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for helping others. She specializes in macro-level administrative social work providing oversight of the Behavioral Health programs at Carson Valley Health.
Erin received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia where she excelled as an NCAA student-athlete, playing volleyball. She completed her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Nevada, Reno. Erin has been with Carson Valley Health for over four years, since the inception of the Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, and currently serves as the Behavioral Health Manager. Previously, she worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Stanford University’s Concussion and Brain Performance Center conducting research duties on athletes with concussions and new technologies to help diagnose concussions real-time during athletic events.
In her tenure at Carson Valley Health Erin has contributed to growing the Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic significantly while helping develop it into a vital behavioral health resource for Douglas County.
Erin was born and raised in Douglas and is a 2011 graduate of Douglas High School. She returned to the area in 2016, and outside of work can be found enjoying the outdoors with her dogs, playing volleyball, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
She represents the department and the organization in the community, including sitting on the Douglas County Behavioral Health Taskforce, participating in Douglas County multi-disciplinary teams, and collaborating with various community service agencies to meet the behavioral health needs in our community using a collaborative approach. Erin serves as a board member for Suicide Prevention Network of Douglas County, and volunteers with the Business Subcommittee for the Holiday with a Hero board in Carson City. She is a recent graduate of the Carson Valley Chamber of Commerce Leadership Douglas County.
