Diabetes Education and Support Program

Informational series regarding elevated blood sugar, prediabetes, and diabetes management focusing on nutrition interventions. Also, supporting participants to manage their diabetes, connect with resources, and learn from healthcare experts how to take back control of their life.

Facilitated by Sarah Montgomery, RD and Leslie McGraw, APRN.

Food/snack will be provided.

First Thursday of each month, 1:00pm *June is an exception, class will be held on the 2nd Thursday of that month only.
