Carson Valley Health Foundation Celebrates Major Milestone in Supporting Hospital Expansion Project

The Carson Valley Health Foundation is proud to announce a significant milestone in our efforts to support the expansion of Carson Valley Health Hospital. Through the generosity of our donors, we have successfully raised critical funds to directly support the purchases of state-of-the-art medical technology to better serve our growing community.

The Foundation successfully raised over $200,000 for the expansion, a testament to the collective dedication of our supporters who believe in the importance of advancing healthcare in our community.

We are especially honored to recognize the transformative contributions of Cristi Cristich-Milazzo and John Milazzo, whose generous donations totaling $73,000 have been vital to the success of this project. Their support has specifically funded the purchase of ER observation beds and contributed to the purchase of smart beds in our Inpatient and ICU departments, essential additions that will greatly enhance patient care and comfort. The Milazzos' generosity exemplifies the profound impact that community members can have in shaping the future of healthcare.

The funds raised by the Foundation represent more than just financial support; they are a commitment to ensuring that every patient who enters Carson Valley Health receives the highest standard of care. The new spaces in the expansion will be equipped with the latest medical technology and will provide an environment designed for comfort and healing.
