At the Carson Valley Health (CVH) Rehabilitation Center, our passion is helping people live to their full potential. We offer physical, occupational, speech and aquatic therapy services for people of all ages.

The size and experience of our team allows us to optimize your care by matching you with a therapist who has specific expertise with your condition. Not every facility offers this type of expertise.
Our spacious and modern rehab center
We provide most of our therapy services at our Carson Valley Health Rehabilitation Center in Gardnerville.
Our 8,900-square-foot facility features private treatment rooms, dedicated hand therapy and pediatric therapy rooms, and adjustable treatment tables that make therapy easier for our patients. We also have a large gym where patients can exercise. This spacious area features TVs, music and an energetic atmosphere.
Pediatric Splinting Services
Carson Valley Health’s pediatric physical therapy program is open Monday-Friday for treatment.
Pediatric splinting is available for a broad range of upper and lower extremity issues, including:
- Hand & Wrist
- Arm & Forearm
- Foot & Ankle
