Claudia DeLange, OTR/L, ATRIC, joined Carson Valley Health in June 2000. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in 1993 and achieved her Aquatic Therapy Rehabilitation Certification in 2005.
Claudia has experience across a variety of clinical settings, including a traumatic brain injury inpatient rehabilitation unit, acute care, and outpatient therapy, serving patients of all ages and diagnoses. At CVH, she enjoys her role as an outpatient therapist specializing in both Aquatic Therapy and Hand Therapy.
With a strong passion for connecting with people, Claudia is dedicated to educating and empowering her patients. She believes each individual has the greatest potential to heal their own body, and she sees her role as providing the tools and guidance to support that process. She finds particular joy in helping patients return to work and the sports and activities they love.
Outside of CVH, Claudia enjoys spending time with family and friends. Whether hiking, running, swimming, cycling, traveling, or relaxing at home, she values staying active and engaged. She also enjoys attending live music performances and sporting events.
